Please read it carefully before proceeding with lessons or equipment rental:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Registered Office:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Email:<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Physical Condition and Skills<\/h2>\n<div>I declare that I am a good swimmer, in good physical and psychological condition, and able to participate in risky activities such as kitesurfing.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Class Cancellation by Instructor<\/h2>\n<div>I acknowledge that the instructor is authorized to cancel the class if he\/she deems that I am not in adequate condition to practice sports.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Allergies, Injuries or Intolerances<\/h2>\n<div>I confirm that I have notified the school of any allergies, injuries or intolerances that may affect my participation in classes or rentals.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Meteorological conditions<\/h2>\n<div>I acknowledge that kitesurfing lessons may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Non Show and Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<div>In the event of a no-show for the scheduled class without prior notice, I grant permission to <strong>M<span class=\"uk-text-primary\">Y<\/span>SFIT Kite School Tarifa<\/strong> to charge the corresponding 40% percentage of said cancellation. Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date and time previously agreed with the School.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Extreme Sport<\/h2>\n<div>By renting equipment, I acknowledge that I am participating in a risky activity.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Payment and Bail<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>The rental fee will be paid upon return of the equipment. In addition, a deposit will be required as a guarantee, which will consist of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation of a valid ID.<\/li>\n<li>Providing credit card details to hold the deposit.<\/li>\n<li>\u20ac300 in cash or charged to the card, which will be retained during the rental period and returned between 24 and 48 hours after the equipment is returned in good condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"back-to-top\"><a href=\"#\">\u25b2 Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Responsibility for the Material<\/h2>\n<div>I undertake to receive the equipment in perfect condition and to return it in the same condition. I am aware that any damage, loss, theft or breakage will be assessed and could affect the full or partial refund of the deposit. In addition, I assume responsibility for the cost price in the event of significant damage or loss of the equipment.
