This document is intended to inform you of the terms and conditions relating to kitesurfing lessons and equipment rental offered by MYSFIT Kite School Tarifa. Please read it carefully before proceeding with lessons or equipment rental:

Physical Condition and Skills

I declare that I am a good swimmer, in good physical and psychological condition, and able to participate in risky activities such as kitesurfing.

Class Cancellation by Instructor

I acknowledge that the instructor is authorized to cancel the class if he/she deems that I am not in adequate condition to practice sports.

Allergies, Injuries or Intolerances

I confirm that I have notified the school of any allergies, injuries or intolerances that may affect my participation in classes or rentals.

Meteorological conditions

I acknowledge that kitesurfing lessons may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.

Non Show and Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show for the scheduled class without prior notice, I grant permission to MYSFIT Kite School Tarifa to charge the corresponding 40% percentage of said cancellation. Classes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the date and time previously agreed with the School.

Extreme Sport

By renting equipment, I acknowledge that I am participating in a risky activity.

Payment and Bail

The rental fee will be paid upon return of the equipment. In addition, a deposit will be required as a guarantee, which will consist of:

  • Presentation of a valid ID.
  • Providing credit card details to hold the deposit.
  • €300 in cash or charged to the card, which will be retained during the rental period and returned between 24 and 48 hours after the equipment is returned in good condition.

Responsibility for the Material

I undertake to receive the equipment in perfect condition and to return it in the same condition. I am aware that any damage, loss, theft or breakage will be assessed and could affect the full or partial refund of the deposit. In addition, I assume responsibility for the cost price in the event of significant damage or loss of the equipment. I will treat the equipment with due care and respect.
By participating in kitesurfing lessons or renting equipment, I agree to all the terms and conditions set out above.
